Waiver, Liabiity & Terms

Completion of the following form is required by Rogue Marine Rentals.  No watercraft will be released to a renter without a copy of this form being completed and provided to Rogue Marine Rentals along  your valid driver’s license and PCOC(if applicable) at the time of pick-up.  If you would prefer to have all your paperwork completed before arriving to pick up your unit, please upload your documents here.

Renters without a valid PCOC will be required to complete a dockside boater training session before using a watercraft.
